Audit Approach allows your working relationship with your customer to continue.
Amicable Collection Approach makes your customer aware of our collection efforts and a private investigator could become involved.
Attorney Litigation Approach allows our in-house attorney to become involved and you will be notified for prior approval
We understand that you value your customer relationship and want to collect your claim as inexpensively and quickly as possible. When your debtor is located, we make every effort to collect through our in-house system. When amicable efforts are exhausted, the account will be turned over to our private investigator and finally legal action will be considered. If legal action is warranted, you will be notified of the cost involved. NO legal action will be pursued without your expressed prior approval.
